Participation by community members, clients of food banks and members of church communities, has increased significantly since the inception of the program last year. Attendance by these families and individuals is so important in promoting a change in eating habits, which in turn will lead to better health.

Make and deliver snack packs to underprivileged children. CFA’s Snack Pack Program helps fill the gap for children at risk of hunger by providing healthy, kid-friendly, and easy-to-prepare foods.
